kmaren khan kita udah survey villa...
qt nemu 3 villa nih... (walopun yg menarik bagi mata gw cuman 1 :lol: )


gw kasi spesifikasi aja ya...

=================================

Villa 1
biaya sewa villa : 1,5 juta.
kamar tidur: 3 biji + 1 living room
kamar mandi : 1biji/kamar,, berarti ada 3 kamar mandi + ruang ganti di kolam renang
ada kolam renang

Kelebihan :
1. area di luar super luas,, bisa buat maen bola + lari2 sampe mokad
2. pemandangan lega dan oke
3. suasana nyaman,, soalnya jauh dari jalan....
4. villa-nya bagus dan kheren..
5. ada kolam renang + ruang ganti dan area buat BBQ
6. enak buat acara outdoor

Kekurangan :
1. karena jauh dari jalan,, ya jalan kakinya jauh + nanjak (yang asma siap2 bengek )
2. kita cuman nyewa lantai 1 doank,, kamar cuman 4 CMIIW,, jadi keknya bakal sempit2an...
(tapi living roomnya mayan gede kok,, jadi menurut saya no prob)
3. PALING MAHAL :lol:
4. kalo semisal hujan,, yaaaa kita gak bisa manfaatin fasilitas outdoor dengan maximal.. padahal outdoornya kheren banget sumpah...

Villa 2
biaya sewa villa : 1,1 juta
kamar tidur : 4 biji
kamar mandi : 2 biji CMIIW
ada kolam renang

Kelebihan :
1. kolam renang + area luar mayan luas + ada ring basket + ayunan
2. living room luas,, enak buat kumpul2 + acara indoor
3. kamar ada 4 biji,,, oke...

Kekurangan :
1. hmmmmmm,,, pemandangan kalo saya bilang kurang oke aja...
soalnya tempatnya ada di deket jalan...
2. kalo menurut saya biasa2 aja... hahahahha...

Villa 3
harga sewa villa : 1jt
kamar tidur : 3 kamar CMIIW
kamar mandi : 2 CMIIW
ada kolam renang

Kelebihan :
1. Dalam rumahnya luas dan lumayan kheren,,, ada meja bartender gitu...
2. enak buat acara indoor

Kekurangan :
1. letaknya di dket jalan,, jadi pemandangan nggak oke.
2. nggak ada halaman depan,, jadi gak bisa acara outdoor...
3. letak antara rumah dan kolam renang nggak oke,,
4. posisi kurang bagus klo menurut gw.....

FYI....
biaya transportasi kira2 1,5 juta...
dan biaya konsumsi blom diitung...

jadi kalo kita pake estimasi yang ikut = 30 orang,,
maka biaya @orang adalah 100ribu,, itu blom makan...

karena itu saya mohon bagi para alumni buat donasi lalalala~
(perlu gw kasi min. donasi disini?? soalnya kmaren banyak yang sms minta min. brp gitu.... )

dan bagi yang belom daftar,, diharap secepatnya daftar disini....

bagi XL,, tolong foto2 yang kmaren diupload,, supaya orang2 bisa liat villanya kek gimana gt..
